Lemon-baked Wahoo
Lemon-baked Wahoo is a dish featuring fresh Wahoo fillets that are baked in the oven with a flavorful combination of lemon or lime slices, butter, minced garlic, Italian seasoning, fresh rosemary, and a generous pinch of sea salt and black pepper.
Thinly sliced red onion is added to enhance the flavor.

Ingredients
400g Wahoo fillets
Olive oil
Lemon/lime sliced into thin rings
Butter
3 cloves Minced garlic
Generous pinch Sea salt
Generous pinch Black pepper
1 tsp Italian seasoning
1 tsp Fresh rosemary
½ red onion
Any other seasonings of choice
The steps
Preheat the oven to 180 C
Coat the fish with olive oil and seasonings. Lay the rings of sliced lemon on top and add a generous knob of butter. Wrap in foil.
Place the fillets in oven and bake for about 15 minutes, or until the fish easily flakes with a fork.
Serve hot.
